- All medium - large fish orders or orders with fish that require a large amount of water will have a $45 shipping charge regardless of value. Air cargo with COD is available upon request via Southwest Air Cargo. Our industry standard guarantee policy applies regardless of shipping method.
- You will be given a choice to pick your shipping day on the cart page. If you choose to pick up in person, you will have that option at check-out.
- Our shipping schedule is Monday - Tuesday during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
- We ship with FedEx using Priority Overnight Express. We encourage you to pick up your shipment from your local FedEx station, which can greatly reduce the stress the animal goes through during the shipping process. Please indicate in your order if you wish to pick up from your local FedEx station and if so, you must provide the address of your FedEx location.
- Local pick up is available to local customers. Local customers can select "Local Pick Up" during check-out under shipping option. A $10 holding fee will be added to the order for every day the order is not picked up after 7 days.
- No return, or exchange on livestock. Please do not send any livestock back to us as we can not accept them.
